1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the RedPress distribution network ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. RedPress reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
2. Service Scope & Delivery
RedPress provides press release distribution services to third-party news outlets. While we guarantee submission to our partner network:
- Turnaround Time: Standard editorial review and distribution processes may take between 24 hours to 7 business days. We do not guarantee instant publication due to external editorial dependencies.
- Placement Guarantee: We guarantee syndication to a minimum number of outlets as per your package, but specific site placements (e.g., Yahoo Finance, AP, Business Insider) are subject to their individual editorial discretion.
3. Editorial Policy & Content Rejection
All submitted content is subject to strict editorial review. RedPress and its partners reserve the right to reject or remove any press release for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Prohibited content (gambling, adult, crypto scams, hate speech, etc.).
- Poor writing quality, excessive claims, or lack of newsworthiness.
- Misleading information or unverified legal claims.
CRITICAL NOTICE ON REJECTIONS
If a press release is rejected by our editorial team or downstream partners due to violation of our Accepted Topics Policy, no refunds will be issued. It is the user's sole responsibility to ensure content compliance prior to submission.
4. Payment & Refund Policy
No Refunds After Distribution: Once a press release has been distributed or "In Progress" status is active, no refunds can be processed as costs are incurred immediately.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only considered if RedPress fails to deliver the distribution service within 15 business days of approved editorial review, excluding delays caused by the client (e.g., failure to approve proofs).
5. Liability & Indemnification
RedPress acts solely as a distributor. We maintain zero liability for the content of press releases. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RedPress, its employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the content you submit.
