White Label Reseller Program

White Label Refund Policy.

This Policy governs deposits, wallet credit and order cancellations for white label partner accounts operated by RED PRESS WIRE LTD. It replaces our standard retail Refund Policy in full for every transaction made through the partner portal.

Effective Date: August 7, 2026

The Trade-Off — Part One

Deposits are non-refundable.

Funds added to a partner wallet are a final sale of prepaid service credit. They cannot be refunded, withdrawn or converted back to cash — used or unused.

The Trade-Off — Part Two

Your credit never expires.

In exchange, your balance carries an unlimited right of use: no expiry date, no dormancy fee, no minimum spend, and a discount tier that is never downgraded.

This Policy applies only to white label partner accounts. End clients purchasing directly from redpress.net are covered by our standard Refund & Cancellation Policy. Partner accounts are additionally governed by the White Label Partner Terms of Service.

1. Scope, Consent & B2B Status

1.1. Application: This Policy applies to every deposit, wallet top-up, tier purchase and order placed through a RedPress white label partner account. Where it conflicts with our standard retail Refund & Cancellation Policy, this Policy prevails.

1.2. Consent at Checkout: By funding your wallet and confirming the acknowledgment presented at checkout, you legally agree to this Policy. We log IP addresses and timestamps of that consent and will provide those logs to our payment processor and to any issuing bank in the event of a dispute.

1.3. Business-to-Business: The White Label Partner Program is available exclusively to businesses acting in the course of a trade, business, craft or profession. Consumer cancellation rights under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, including the 14-day cooling-off period, do not apply to partner transactions. You warrant on each deposit that you are contracting as a business.

2. Deposits & Wallet Credit Are Non-Refundable

2.1. Final Sale: Every deposit made to a partner wallet is a final and completed purchase of prepaid service credit. The transaction is deemed fully performed by us at the moment the credit is applied to your account, because the credit — together with the wholesale discount tier it unlocks — is delivered to you instantly and in full at that moment.

2.2. No Refunds Under Any Circumstances: Deposits are not refundable, not withdrawable, not reversible and not exchangeable for cash, in whole or in part. This applies equally to a balance that has been fully spent, partially spent, or never used at all.

2.3. Circumstances Expressly Not Grounds for a Refund: For the avoidance of doubt, no refund of a deposit will be issued where: you change your mind or deposited in error; you deposited more than you needed or intended; your own client cancels, disputes or refuses to pay you; you stop trading, rebrand, or exit the press release business; you decide to use a different supplier; you did not use the balance for an extended period; our retail list prices, packages, network composition or platform features change; or your account is terminated for breach under the Partner Terms.

2.4. No Cash-Out or Transfer: Balance may not be withdrawn, transferred to another partner account, assigned, gifted, resold or converted into any monetary instrument. It is not electronic money and carries no interest.

2.5. Overpayments: Where a deposit is duplicated by a demonstrable technical fault on our side or on our payment processor's side, we will credit the duplicated amount to your wallet. Duplicate deposits are corrected as wallet credit, not as a cash reversal.

3. Unlimited Right of Use — Your Credit Never Expires

3.1. Our Commitment in Exchange: In direct consideration of the non-refundable nature of deposits, RED PRESS WIRE LTD grants every partner an unlimited, perpetual right to use their wallet balance. This is a binding commitment, not a promotional offer.

  • No expiry date. Your balance will never lapse, expire or be written off, regardless of how much time passes between deposits or orders.
  • No dormancy or maintenance fees. An inactive partner account is never charged, deducted from, or reduced for any reason.
  • No minimum spend. There is no monthly, quarterly or annual usage requirement, no volume commitment and no renewal fee to keep your balance alive.
  • No tier downgrade. The wholesale discount tier unlocked by your deposit is permanent. Spending your balance down to zero does not reduce it, and it applies to every future order you place.
  • Full flexibility. Your balance may be spent on any package, country-targeted campaign or marketplace placement available in the portal at the time of the order, for any number of your own clients.

3.2. Protection Against Future Changes: No future amendment to this Policy or to the Partner Terms will ever impose an expiry date, dormancy fee or minimum spend requirement on a balance funded before that amendment takes effect. Should we ever discontinue the White Label Partner Program itself, you will receive at least ninety (90) days' written notice to consume your remaining balance.

4. Order-Level Cancellations & Re-Credits

4.1. Remedies Are Settled in Wallet Credit: Where a remedy is due to you for an individual order, it is settled by returning the deducted amount to your wallet balance as credit ("Re-Credit"). Re-Credits are never paid out in cash and never reverse the underlying deposit.

4.2. Non-Publication Guarantee: If we are unable to publish an order across the outlets included in the purchased package, you are entitled to a full Re-Credit of the amount deducted for that order. We may instead offer to re-run the order, but the right to claim the full Re-Credit remains yours.

4.3. Cancellation Before Distribution: Publishing packages and publishing add-ons may be cancelled for a full Re-Credit at any time before the order status changes to "Scheduled" or "Distributing".

4.4. Service Commencement Is Irreversible: Performance is deemed to have commenced the exact moment an order reaches "Scheduled" or "Distributing" status. From that moment the syndication process is irreversible and no Re-Credit will be issued for that order under any circumstances. Our timestamped system status logs are the definitive record.

4.5. Writing Services: Where a writing package or writing add-on has been purchased, the writing component is non-recreditable once the order is placed, as those funds are allocated immediately to the assigned writer. Cancelling during the writing phase Re-Credits the publishing component in full while the writing component is forfeited.

4.6. Editorial Rejection: Outlets in our network are editorially independent and their editors will decline any submission that does not meet their own editorial standards, at their sole discretion. We do not guarantee publication on any specific outlet, and such a decision is not a service failure. No Re-Credit is due where an order is rejected because the submitted content breaches our content standards, is unlawful, or is declined by a downstream publisher exercising its independent editorial discretion.

4.7. Delays: Indicative delivery timeframes (24–72 business hours, with up to 30 days where a publisher is under maintenance or extended review) are estimates. A delay within those parameters is not a service failure and does not trigger a Re-Credit.

5. Your Own Clients' Refunds

5.1. You sell to your clients as principal, under your own brand and your own commercial terms. We have no contractual relationship with your end clients.

5.2. Any refund you elect or are obliged to grant your own client is entirely your commercial decision and your financial responsibility. It creates no obligation on us, does not entitle you to a Re-Credit, and never entitles you to a cash refund of your deposit.

5.3. You are solely responsible for publishing your own refund policy to your clients and for ensuring it complies with the consumer law applicable in your market.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

6.1. Contact Us First: If you believe a charge is incorrect, you must contact our Partner Desk before initiating a bank dispute or chargeback. Legitimate billing issues are typically resolved within 24 hours.

6.2. Evidence We Submit: In the event of a dispute, we will submit to the payment processor and the issuing bank the full evidentiary record: checkout IP and timestamp logs, your acceptance of this Policy and of the Partner Terms, the wallet ledger showing the credit applied, the discount tier granted, and all order and distribution status logs.

6.3. Consequences of an Unjustified Chargeback: Initiating a chargeback against a non-refundable deposit is a material breach of the Partner Terms. It results in immediate suspension of the partner account, forfeiture of any remaining balance, and cancellation of all pending orders. We reserve the right to recover the disputed amount, together with processor dispute fees and reasonable recovery costs, as a debt.

7. Account Closure & Termination

7.1. Closing your partner account voluntarily forfeits any remaining balance. Because there is no expiry, no fee and no minimum spend, you never need to close an account in order to preserve credit — simply leave it open and use it whenever you are ready.

7.2. Where we terminate an account for cause under the Partner Terms, any remaining balance is forfeited and no refund is payable.

8. Governing Law & Contact

8.1. This Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8.2. To raise a billing question, request an order-level Re-Credit review, or ask about your balance, contact our Partner Desk directly rather than filing a bank dispute.
