Real estate press release distribution gives developers, brokerages and property owners a public record of news such as a residential development launch, a new brokerage office, a commercial property sale or a leadership hire. A strong real estate press release states the location, the number and type of homes or the square footage, exact prices, availability and expected completion dates.
RedPress editors review every release against our editorial guidelines, you approve the final version, and we publish it across the news sites included in your plan. Each campaign includes a placement report listing the live links. On this page you will find writing tips, a real estate press release template and two fictional real estate press release examples.
Why Real Estate Press Releases Matter
A press release turns company news into a dated, public record. Beyond the announcement itself, the purpose of a press release is to give customers, partners and journalists one factual source they can find and share.
- A public record: Customers, partners and investors can find the announcement on news pages, not only on your own website.
- Search and AI visibility: News pages that carry your release can appear in Google results and AI answers for your company name. Read whether press releases help SEO.
- Proof of distribution: Every campaign includes a placement report that lists the live links, ready to share with your team or clients.
How Real Estate Press Release Distribution Works
You choose a plan and submit your release, or a brief if you order writing. RedPress editors review it against our editorial guidelines, you approve the final version, and the release is published across the news sites included in your plan.

How to Write a Real Estate Press Release
-
01
Describe the property, not the ideal buyer or renter. Following fair-housing principles, avoid phrases that could signal a preference for a group of people, such as "perfect for young professionals" or "ideal for families."
-
02
Give the location and physical facts: neighborhood or cross streets, number of homes, unit types and square footage. Write "40 two-bedroom and 24 three-bedroom townhomes" instead of "dozens of residences."
-
03
State prices precisely, such as "priced from $389,900," and say what the price includes and how long it applies. If prices or incentives may change, say so instead of implying they are fixed.
-
04
Give the sales start date, construction status and expected completion dates exactly as currently planned, such as "first move-ins expected in June 2027." Never call homes available or sold out unless they are.
-
05
Do not promise investment returns, rental income or price appreciation. Stick to facts readers can check, such as amenities, lot sizes, permits already received and distance to transit.
-
06
For brokerage news or a commercial property sale, name the licensed brokerage, get approval from every buyer, seller or tenant you name, and check whether your state requires license details in advertising.

Harlow Bend Partners opens sales at 64-home Tamsen Ridge community in Boise
Two- and three-bedroom townhomes are priced from $389,900, with first move-ins expected in June 2027
BOISE, Idaho, Oct. 13, 2026 — Harlow Bend Partners LLC today opened sales at Tamsen Ridge, a 64-home townhome community under construction on a 9-acre site in southwest Boise. An on-site sales office opens Saturday, Oct. 17, and will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The community will include 40 two-bedroom and 24 three-bedroom townhomes from 1,280 to 1,740 square feet, each with an attached two-car garage and a fenced yard. Two-bedroom homes are priced from $389,900 and three-bedroom homes from $452,900. Prices apply to contracts signed through Dec. 31 and may change after that date.
Construction began in August. Harlow Bend Partners expects the first 20 homes to be completed in June 2027 and the remaining homes to be finished in phases through 2028. Shared features include a walking path, a dog park and a community garden.
"Every home at Tamsen Ridge has an attached garage and a private yard, and opening sales now gives buyers time to choose floor plans and finishes before their building is framed," said Carla Wendt, managing partner of Harlow Bend Partners.

Corbeck Realty opens Charlotte office with 18 agents
The brokerage's third North Carolina office opens Nov. 9 in the South End neighborhood
RALEIGH, N.C., Nov. 3, 2026 — Corbeck Realty Inc. today announced that its third office, a 3,200-square-foot space in Charlotte's South End neighborhood, will open Monday, Nov. 9. The office will be open weekdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The Charlotte office will house 18 licensed real estate agents, seven of them newly hired, and a two-person property management team. Broker-in-charge Monique Easley, who has been licensed in North Carolina since 2009, will manage the office. Corbeck Realty will host a public open house at the new office Thursday, Nov. 12, from 5 to 7 p.m.
"Our agents were already driving from Raleigh to Charlotte several times a week to show homes, so a local office puts them closer to the clients and properties they work with," said Jordan Pryce, president of Corbeck Realty.

Common Questions: Real Estate
01. Can I announce a specific high-value listing?
Yes, when there is news about the property, such as a new listing, a price change or a completed sale. State the neighborhood, size, features and asking price exactly, describe the property rather than the ideal buyer, and get the seller's approval before you submit. Leave out claims about future value.
02. Do you reach local newspapers?
RedPress publishes your release across the news sites included in your plan and lists every live link in your placement report. It does not pitch local reporters or guarantee coverage by any newspaper or TV station. To make local news easy to find, name the city and neighborhood in the headline, dateline and first paragraph.
03. Is this useful for commercial real estate?
Yes. Commercial property sales, leases, groundbreakings and acquisitions are common real estate press release topics. Name the property, its size and use, and the buyers, sellers, tenants and brokers involved, with their approval. Disclose the price only if everyone agrees, and do not present projected returns or occupancy as certain.
04. What should a real estate press release include?
A real estate press release should include a headline with the news, a dateline, the property name and location, the number of homes or square footage, exact prices or lease rates, availability and expected completion dates, a quote from the developer or broker, a company boilerplate and media contact details. The template on this page follows that order.
05. How do I get started with real estate press release distribution?
Choose a plan on the pricing page, create an account and submit your release, or a brief if you order writing. RedPress editors review it against our editorial guidelines, and distribution starts after you approve the final version.
