We shall not be held liable for delays resulting from extended editorial scrutiny by downstream publishers, network outages, or events constituting Force Majeure.

2.3. Placement Guarantees: While we guarantee distribution to our network volume as dictated by your purchased package, we operate strictly as a syndicator. We do not exercise definitive control over independent editorial boards (e.g., Bloomberg, AP News, Yahoo Finance). The final decision to index, feature, or retain a published release rests unequivocally with the receiving publisher.

3. Content Standards & Editorial Restraints

3.1. As a corporate entity operating under UK jurisdiction, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards illicit, defamatory, or misleading content. All submitted press releases are subjected to rigorous editorial compliance checks.

3.2. You warrant that any content submitted:

• Does not contain defamatory, libelous, obscene, threatening, or abusive material.

3.3. RED PRESS WIRE LTD reserves the unilateral right to reject, modify, or unilaterally delete any submission that, in our sole determination, violates these content standards. Rejection on the grounds of policy violation does not establish grounds for a refund.

We do not provide localized distribution in non-English languages unless explicitly stated in a separate custom agreement.

7.3. Submission Rejection: Any content submitted in a language other than English will be flagged during the editorial review process. Clients will be required to provide an English translation to proceed. Delays caused by non-English submissions are the sole responsibility of the Client and do not constitute grounds for a refund.
